Money is America’s top worry, ranking higher than health, work and family. First Responders haven’t prepared to leave a profession where they have found such purpose in life. Failure to plan for financial peace in retirement and searching for purpose again is a real struggle for most first responders.

First Responder marriages face the same challenges as other marriages, plus an added unique set of variables. Constant exposure to danger, criminals, deceit, crisis events, trauma and persistent exposure to criticism. Often first responder marriages have trouble finding how to find balance.
